First, I listen. I ask a lot of questions and make it easy to be honest, so we can get to what matters.
Then I organize it. Reflecting back what I hear as patterns, root causes, unrealized strengths, or untapped opportunities.
Then we build. Clear steps, simple systems, named owners and timelines; accountability.
